The data from the 2019 survey of children's views about the school clearly show there is, generally a high level of satisfaction. In particular, all the children enjoy the school and feel safe.   They know who to go to and share a worry.
Most children say they find lessons interesting. Slightly fewer children say they respond to teachers marking and are not aware how to make their work better.
Next term we will be refreshing awareness of our Mood. We will be providing opportunities for children to reflect upon scenarios that happen in our school and our feelings.

  • Virtually all the children enjoy coming to school and always feel safe.
  • They find work challenging but interesting.
  • They feel listened to by all adults.  They have their opportunity to share their opinions.
  • Our children feel well supported and receive help when they are stuck.
  • They know who to go to and ask for help or share a worry.
  • Everyone agrees that children at All Saints behave well.
  • Our children are able to understand how to improve their work.
  • The overwhelming majority have an adult to go to if they are worried at school.
  • Majority of our children feel encouraged to work hard and feel staff are helpful and supportive.

Our children feel and are encouraged to work independently.

Development Points

  • Continue to develop children's awareness of Mood Meter.
  • Some children to not feel their teacher shows how to make their work better.  It would be worth speaking to the children about what they mean by this and putting some systems in place.
  • Develop opportunities for children to respond to marking.
