Determined Admission Arrangements Notice 2019/20

In accordance with Regulation 17 of the School Admissions Regulations 2012, admission arrangements must be formally determined by the responsible admissions authority.

The Governing Body of All Saints CofE Primary School hereby formally determines the admission arrangements for the academic year of entry 2018/19.  There were minor changes as follows:

  1.  Under the paragraph dealing with Supplementary Information Forms and           applying for a Church place, we have clarified that Church places are only available to members of four specified churches.
  2. We have combined two headings at the end of the Definitions section, now called "Church place, Religious commitment, Clergy reference", which clarifies how we determine a Church applicant is a practising, committed member of their church.  We also note the four specified churches whose members may apply for Church places.

Regulation 21 of the School Admissions Regulations 2012 and Secion 88 of the SSFA 1998 states that any person or body who considers that any maintained school or Academy's arrangements are unlawful, or not compliant with the Schools Admissions Code or relevant law relating to admissions, can make an objection to the Schools Adjudicator.
